Summers filled with many things, longer nights, sunny days, and hours upon hours to fill the time with. This summer I spent as much time as I could going through the books that had been piling up in my bedrooms corners, dying for their pages to be turned. My summer has been filled with words of wisdom and wild stories of some of my favorite people I’m bound to never know but love. Tom Petty, Lee Miller, Diane Arbus, Ernest Hemingway, Sylvia Plath, and Keith Richards to say the least. When running out of things to say, these people come to mind. As summer comes to a end, all I have to say is, thank you for the memories.
“And by the way, everything in life is writable about if you have the outgoing guts to do it, and the imagination to improvise. The worst enemy to creativity is self-doubt.”
― Sylvia Plath
